Physical Products (Makeup Artist Planner | Limited Edition)

We only accept returns or offer replacements for physical planners if the item arrives damaged.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us at nadia@profitablemua.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and clear photo proof of the damage.

• If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days at no additional cost.

What counts as damage:
Damage includes torn pages, crushed or bent corners, water damage, or any defects that occurred during shipping. Normal wear and tear or small imperfections that do not affect usability are not considered damage.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at nadia@profitablemua.com with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Sale items

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care or beauty products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Accidental purchases or buyer’s remorse

Refunds

If a refund is issued due to a damaged item we cannot replace, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at nadia@profitablemua.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. To qualify:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.
