Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.
Please note: During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, shipping time depends on your location:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days via standard shipping

International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier
All physical orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Digital Products
All digital products (including downloads and resources) are delivered immediately via email after purchase.
If you do not see your download email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Contact us at nadia@profitablemua.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. The Profitable MUA™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Pre-Order & Launch Shipping
If your item is part of a pre-order or launch, shipping timelines will be noted on the product page. Please allow additional time for fulfillment and delivery.
